Fees

What we charge.

Every fee, in full, with nothing added on top. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added and the figures below are what you pay. Your written answer applies them to your own property.

Fees to landlords

The service level and fee you choose are written into your agency agreement. Management and rent-collection fees come out of the rent before it reaches you and are shown on your statement; everything else is invoiced at the point named below.

No VAT is charged. If we register for VAT in future, VAT will be added at the prevailing rate and this page updated before it applies.

Contract-holders (tenants)

Fees to contract-holders

None. Under the Renting Homes (Fees etc.) (Wales) Act 2019 the only payments a contract-holder can be asked for are rent, a security deposit, a holding deposit of no more than one week’s rent, payments in default, and payments for council tax, utilities, a television licence and communication services. We charge no fee that is not a permitted payment.

Credentials

Redress scheme

We are a member of the Property Redress Scheme, membership number PRS059920, valid to 25 July 2027. If we get something wrong and cannot put it right between us, you can take it to the scheme free of charge; our complaints procedure sets out how. View the membership certificate (PDF).
