We'll market your property, handle enquiries and viewings, reference the tenant, draw up a compliant occupation contract and complete the move-in. You manage the tenancy from there.
Everything in let-only, plus we'll collect the rent, chase any arrears and send you a clear monthly statement — so you always know where you stand.
Completely hands-off. We'll look after the tenant, arrange maintenance through vetted contractors, keep safety certificates in date, inspect and handle renewals.

Tenants will never pay us agency fees — Welsh law permits only rent, deposit and genuine defaults, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
You'll deal with a named person who knows your property — not a call centre and a new name every time.
Landlord, tenant, freeholder or RTM company — tell us who you are and we'll let you know the moment we open, ahead of anyone else.
Landlords who register early will be first offered a free, no-obligation rental valuation when we launch.
